Founder & CEO
Phillip brings 13 years of business development experience across finance, fintech, Wall Street, and frontier tech. He built the BD function at Madison Trust Company, scaled it past forty hedge funds, managed major institutional clients like Coinbase at a fintech bank, and sourced biotech and emerging-tech investments for a Wall Street fund. As Chief Experience Officer at a behavioral health company, he led customer experience and drove strong census growth. Before launching 26 Horizon Advisors, he became a recognized LinkedIn voice in eVTOL and advanced air mobility. Across every role, Phillip helps complex companies communicate clearly, credibly, and confidently to the capital markets.
David Gambill
Senior Engineering Advisor
David Gambill is an aerospace engineer and entrepreneur with 30+ years across rotorcraft, tiltrotor, eVTOL, and fixed-wing programs, including roles at Boeing and Leonardo AgustaWestland, where he directed the FAA type certification data package for the AW609 tiltrotor, along with multiple VTOL startups. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management, and has served as Chief Engineer or technical lead for early-stage ventures such as XTI Aircraft, Doroni Aerospace, and EOS Aircraft — guiding teams through concept development, design reviews, certification strategy, and prototype readiness.
Through GnG Aero, David advises startups on systems integration, digital engineering workflows, and certification planning, and has introduced AI-assisted tools into engineering and documentation pipelines. He holds two U.S. patents in VTOL aircraft design.
As Senior Engineering Advisor at 26 Horizon Advisors, David brings engineering rigor, certification insight, and real-world feasibility assessment to founders who need technical clarity and credibility. He is based in the Philadelphia area and works with clients remotely and on-site.
